PALMALEX represents your interests in front of the different departments of public administration. Our tasks range from obtaining permissions for your business up to the defense in the different administrative procedures you might be involved in, including, of course, administrative contentious proceedings. Our range of action includes, among others:

• Obtaining and renovation of employment permits
• Obtaining and renovation of residence permits
• Naturalisation proceedings
• Important: The coming into effect of the Historical Memory Law will allow children and grandchildren of Spanish emigrants who left their country during or due to the Civil War (from 1936 onwards) to obtain the Spanish nationality
• Traffic Law, especially cases related with the loss of points
• Penalty procedures (e.g. in front of Treasury)
• Obtaining of permissions and licenses
